This is a part-time role (expected 10-20 hours per week).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are seeking an organized and passionate future-co producer with experience in the animation industry. If that sounds like you, please apply below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Manage, organize, track and schedule production and meetings .\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Attend production meetings and take notes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Communicate with each member of the art team daily to assess their progress meeting their deadlines<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Accurate data entry in production tracking software.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Breakdown storyboards to assign each piece of the background, characters and props to artists, along with deadlines<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Create background reference list for short<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Create background color reference list for short<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Organize and ensure all artwork is up-to-date for shipping<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prepare binders for voice recordings and take notes in sessions if needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maintain organized production and artwork files within specific directory structures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Meetings with Project Team leads and Producer\/CEO 1x or 2x week to review artwork<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Update approved artwork in accessible file management system<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Manage and complete expense reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Answer phone calls including checking messages, rolling calls, keeping phone logs and prioritizing call backs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Special projects as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prepare for a production meeting every Monday to update directors and producers about the status of the short<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Keep the Producer\/CEO informed by providing accurate and timely information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Distribute Design Report on the completion of artwork for the short every Monday<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Direct people both internally and externally on the correct part cycle to get the information that is needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Organize paperwork that is received so that it is easily retrievable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Create trusting and open relationships with productions.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Provide guidance as needed throughout the finishing stages of production through post production including facilitating communication with sound, music, and post houses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Partners with internal Producer and crew as well as external distribution partners to coordinate the generation and completion of all post elements and deliverables.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Assist in locating distribution partners and deals for completed short film to be distributed and marketed for sales.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Other duties as required.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Knowledge, Skills And Required Abilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Excellent organizational skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maintain confidentiality over all matters and proprietary information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prioritize work to meet goals or deadlines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ability to be detail-oriented, flexible\/adaptable essential.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Thorough knowledge of the animation process.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Software-Related Skills<\/b><b>:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Proficient with Production tracking or production tracking software<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ability to quickly learn new software applications is essential.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ability to transmit messages and documents using electronic mail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ability to prepare spreadsheets of varying complexity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fluency with on-line Internet services.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Previous animation office or project experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Highly organized, resourceful and dependable with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a voluminous deadline oriented production.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Must be willing to take and follow directions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Able to work independently and set appropriate priorities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Take direction when needed and also
